I've had this for 2 years and from the get go it was a piece of junk. I would never recommend this to anyone. always flashing F21 or SUD. So do not buy this. The dryer is great.

I can't begin to describe how loud this machine is, but just imagine a jet engine in your laundry room and that may come close. This machine has not worked right from the first day I got it. Please don't waste your money on this machine. It is poor quality and Whirlpool's customer service is even worse!
PLEASE DON'T BUY! You will be wasting your money. I owned this machine less than 2 years and it is a piece of junk!!! I will never buy another Whirlpool product and I urge you to buy any other brand!!
