Pros: LOOKS GOOD OFFERS MANY DIFFERENT OPTIONS

Cons: NOTHING WORKS AS IT IS SUPPOSED TOO. WASHER SHOULD LAST AT LEAST 10 YEARS BUT YOUR LUCKY TO GET 1 TO 3 YEARS OUT OF IT...IF YOUR LUCKY!!!

Summary: just so u know even the extended warranty is a joke. i not only had one but 2 of their washers. did not want to honor and did not honor the extended warrany. i went back to Lowes where i bought it and hounded them day after day after day until they gave me one of their new duets and I BARELY HAD IT A YEAR b/4 the sppinning started sounding like a freight train again like the first one.the outer drum wears out and the control board has a problem. I had going to try and contact Whirlpool and complain. I have heard that China now makes these washers and dryers instead of Americas.SORRY CHINA BUT No wonder they are a piece of junk. CHINA HAS BEEN GIVING SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS FOR A WHILE NOW, and my dryer is no better. it takes FOREVER to dry my clothes. Whirlpool u need to make better products! A VERY DISAPPOINTED WHIRLPOOL CUSTOMER!!! IF I CAN'T GET WHIRLPOOL TO STAND BY THIS PRODUCT I DON'T THINK I WILL EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. WE WILL SEE HOW THEY HANDLE THIS PROBLEM!!! WHIRLPOOL USED TO STAND FOR QUALITY
