    Pros: doesn't use much water, because it doesn't wash much either!

    Cons: The seal had to be replaced after 1 year of use. $350 for that. Now the control panel is out. $400? for that. To pay $1000 for a washing machine that only last 3 years is a complete ripoff. Machines used to last 20years+

    Summary: Very frustrated that we will have to purchase a new machine after only 3 years of use. It looks like this is a common theme for this washer. Whirlpool is doing nothing to stand behind their product. Admit your mistake and treat people right. No more whirlpool products for our family.
