Whirlpool Duet WFW9750WW (washing machine - freestanding)

Pros: None. This set is JUNK!

Cons: Made cheaply
Have not worked properly since I purchased them
Constantly having to make service calls
Sensor on Washer does not work correctly

Summary: To start off, I have owned the washer and dryer for 2 months. The ring, holding the seal in the washer, broke 1 week after purchase. The wash machine was replaced, after the service company Whirlpool provided, did not show up to look at machine-instead called and said they "think they know what the problem is" and that "the part won't be in for a couple weeks." They would call then. After paying $800 for a washer, I expect it to work, 1 week after purchase. Not to be out a washer for 2 weeks.

The replacement machine's sensor does not work and constantly says "sensing", causing the machine to be stuck in the cycle, until the machine is re-started.

The dryer has made a rattling sound, since purchase. Used another Whirlpool approved service company. They could not find the source of rattling, but told me to call if it continued. The rattling continues, service company was called again-still can not find source of noise.

Do NOT buy this washer and dryer pair! They are junk!
