DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! We have had LOTS of problems!
Pros: I do not like ANYTHING about this product. We bought it from Best Buy and both companies have refused to fix it properly, forcing us to buy a new one after only one year of use!
Cons: It came out of Whirlpool's factory made incorrectly, and we've had Best Buy come out 4 times to fix it and it hasn't been fixed. Whirlpool refuses to replace it, so we have to buy a new one. It worked "well" for about 1 month, at most!
Review:
This washer was made incorrectly, without the Teflon "bumpers" to prevent damage and extra noise during the spin cycle. After they were replaced, the washer again started to shake and smell like an electrical fire. Both Whirlpool and Best Buy refused to replace it - Best Buy only offered to diagnose the problem (for the 5th time) for $100, and then charge us more to actually fix it. I will NEVER buy another Whirlpool product! They do not stand behind their product, and they do not fulfill their one-year manufacturer's warranty, especially if you have people other than Whirlpool (like the people that you bought it from) try to fix it.
