Summary: This watch when it works performs well but if you have any problems then good luck.
There is no software updates no support, the help menu links you to the niketiming site not real help since instead giving you some real help it appears that try to marked other products. My PC crashes everytime I try to download data form the watch no blue screen just total shut down. I thought that brand name product had good support but I should have checked Nike site befor I bought this paperweight.
