"Poorly-Designed"
Pros: You get it with Office
Cons: It keeps altering my tags -- most frustratingly, there is a terrible bug in it where it inserts a bunch of excess <body> tags that *delete* my text. I'm mystified that all the smart people at Microsoft can't come up with a program that works better
