"Not User friendly program or customer service"
Pros: Making DVD
Cons: Not User friendly, and extra required to make DVD
Summary: I was looking for a program to make dvd's of photo's and movies for a family reunion, and seen this in one of the major store nice price and a rebate, so I picked it up. Installed it on my computer and it worked fine. Then I saw you need to pay more to get a code to allow the program to make dvd's so I put out the money for that. The manual is ok, I have seen better and worse and after awhile and some trials and errors I figured it out and got my dvd's made. Skip forward to about 6 months later and have not used the program in that time, now it isn't working correctly, so having a above average knowledge of computers I tried to fix what was wrong, nothing worked. I contacted customer service and everything they said to try I had, but did them again just to make sure, still not working right. Contacted customer service and said to install on another computer which I did and it worked, tried the original computer and still not working correctly. Customer service response the first time, you will have to use it on another computer. What if you don't have another computer to use was my response. Next from customer service was there is a conflict error on the computer, Well I knew that, so basically customer service tells you basic stuff to check and if it doesn't work, use another computer.
No I would not recommend this product, and I will be looking for another to do the same.
