"The program doesnt work"
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Crashes!, Technical support, poor customer service
Summary: I absolutly loved Photo Explosion 2.0, however it began crashing at start up, so I called Nova Development about the problem and read them all of the codes and the like. The support person i spoke with said that he was familiar with the problem, and the only way to resolve it was to reinstall windows, or upgrade to Photo Explosion Deluxe 3.0 which i gladly did since i loved the program. It took almost three weeks to arrive, I installed it, and it worked wonderfully.... ONCE. Then i got the same error messege. I again called tech support, and was told that they are aware of the problem as it effecting many other people, but had no idea of a timeframe on a fix. I called Nova Developemnt's customer service department again to express my concerns and was transfered to a non existant extention. I called back and was informed that at almost 8am, there are no members of management in the office.
