"Absolutely not user friendly (especially Apple user)"
Pros: None to date.
Cons: No basic configuring instructions to view the device from internet & had to rely on various help sites.
Summary: Basically user unfriendly.
Does not work with Apple at all as it uses an embedded ActiveX Mpeg4 screen.
Tech support only had standard disclaimers.
Nothing on their website to provide guidance to configure the product

Tech support should be better equipped to support users wherever they are so long as they own a Dlink product. Linksys provides a significantly superior support infrastructure.
Absolute disappointment from Dlink.
