Easy to install. Camera picture and audio are clear.
Cons
There is a noticable video delay between video and voice which is annoying. It is better if you don't move around alot or very quickly.

You can't get a camera for $20 (from Walmart)that works this well. I love being able to see my family which is all over the country. Soon my son in the Navy could be anywhere and it will become invaluable to me. Skype is easy to use, I even got my 79 year old dad using it and he loves being able to stay in touch and not blow out his budget buying a camera. Even with the delay the clarity of the picture is very good and we can talk just like we are on the phone without the cost, since computer to computer is free.
