    "Terrible Quality, Good Craftsmanship"

    Pros: aGood craftsmanship that has the bility to record to a computer/hard drive and day/night capability

    Cons: Picture quality is poor, actual setup to difficult, software packed with camera doesn't work.

    Summary: Problem lies with the software and quality of the product. Picture quality is not what a consumer would expect for money spent. Tech support acknowledged this substandard equipment as the lowest. I returned mine. Please save yourself agony--do not buy this product--guaranteed regret.
