Pros: Considering the price, I can't think of any pros for this camera
Cons: The software had to be loaded twice before it would work; I loaded it on two computers - same problem. Additionally, the software isn't very intuitive and picture doesn't appear any better than cheap webcams. The mic/ear phone is uncomfortable and doesn

"Need to setup properly before it performs"
Pros: Tracks quite well and image can be adjusted by the zoom on the lens. A variety of settings to suit your environment
Cons: Got to manually adjust the lens, hence it is only clear at certain distance when you adjust it. The stand does not work for the older, non-flat monitors. You got to find some adjustment for it yourself.

Pros: First of all description is misleading - the quality of the picture is just simply bad - i expected that with this camera i would get clear picture which i never could do - picture is snowy and grainy when in 640x480 mode... i expected that if i'll pay 11

Pros: Uh...hmm. It's nice in theory.
Cons: Very snowy, very slow. Yeah, the pictures on the box are sooo misleading. This is just like a webcam I bought 8 years ago. You'd think we'd have better technology today.
