"As close to real bowling as you can get."
Pros: good graphics, and what you do reflects what the on screen avatar does
Cons: avatar isn't synced with player. also if your not a regular bowler you won't understand how your movements affect what the ball does.
Summary: This is a great game for the avid bowler. Everything is very close to being just like real bowling. What you do with your arm & wrist from speed of swing, release point, & snap of the wrist affecting what the ball does. Lane oil breaking down during the game makes you have to adjust your standing point & spot on the lane you aim for. Balls, Shoes, & wrist supports that you buy from the proshop during career mode also make a difference just like in real bowling. Career mode is hard but worth going through if you are a true avid bowler. If not then just go through quick play. A little harder to master and figure out but that is what bowling really is time and bowling regularlly depend on how good of a bowler you become in real bowling same holds true for this game. Between Candlepin & Ten-pin I've been a bowler for over 30 years so having to figure out what changes I need to make to make spare shots or to get my ball in the pocket is nothing new to me. Only thing I didn't like is the avatar on the sceen was a bit slower than you are but over all a great game for the true bowler.
