Choose "Extras" from the main menu then select "Gusteau's Shop and access the "Secrets" options, then each cheat must be unlocked by select each one and entering the corrsponding code. When the "Enter Cheat code" menu appears enter the following:

Pieceocake (Code1) Unlocks Very Easy Difficulty Mode
Myhero(Code2) Remy receives no impact and no damage from enemies, but still takes water and falling damage
Shielded(Code3) Remy receives no damage from enemies, but still takes water and falling damage
Ilikeonions (Code5) Remy Frats everytime he jumps
Hardfeelings(Code6) Remy headbutt when attacking instead of a tailwipe move
Slumberparty(Code7) Unlocks Multiplayer Mode
Gusteauart(Code8) Unlock all concept arts
Gusteauship(Code9) Unlock all 4 Championship Mode
Mattelme(Code10) Unlocks all single player and multiplayer minigames
