"Nothing Big on this Vista's Horizon"
Pros: Looks pretty good (if you've not used OS X)
Cons: Nothing major in Vista to make you upgrade from XP
Summary: I've used XP off and on for a number of years, and used both Vista RC1 and RC2. Even sat next to a univerity professor in a conference who was running it to test it for networking and security. He was even more unimpressed than I was.
If all you're doing is comparing Windows Vista to other Windows iterations, then it looks better and there are a couple of cool features but nothing compelling to make you stand in line at midnight.
But if you compare it to what is available in other OSes it comes up short in all categories.
