Pros: Good security settings and decent range.
Cons: Ummm... How about it doesn't work (for me) and customer support has no desire to help me.
Summary: I've owned the device for 3 months and have YET to get it pair with my phone (AT&T BBerry Bold). Originally, I was told I needed to upgrade firmware, then I needed to back up my Bold's OS, then I was told I needed a Tether package (no reference on cradlepoint.com), then I was told 'just wait, we have new firmware coming to address this problem." Today, I received an email stating the firmware release. I downloaded it.. Still no pairing. I went into an online chat with customer service again... No effort to help, just told me to get a tether plan. Why would I get a tether plan AND buy a hotspot? The Corporate leadership is listed on their site. I will be calling tomorrow.
