"Boingo is a rip-off" on by mrviv

    Pros: Nothing. Absolutely nothing!

Cons: It was time consuming to sign up and then I received a $9.95 charge every time I went through the ATL airport. I will not jump through Boingo's hoops to cancel. I called AMX and I will write to the ATL Airport the partner in this scam.

Summary: ATL has made a mistake partnering with this company. This reminds me of the Rip-Off Phone Companies that Airport's contracted with some 20 years ago. DIA actually has free internet, imagine that. ATL could learn much from DIA begining from before you walk in the front door. I have been flying a long time with over 2MM miles on Delta alone and live in the Atlanta area. Unfortunately I left my air card at home and needed the service once. If enough people complain to AMX and the airport maybe it will help. I paid the initial $7.95 willingly and now they are trying to get me for $9.95 everytime I am in the airport. STAY AWAY FROM BOINGO
