Pros: Works as advertised and saves me money!
Cons: Doesn't work everywhere (not the fault of Boingo)
Summary: Wow! I'm highly surprised by the many negative opinions here. I spend about 120 days a year in hotels (and airports) and Boingo has worked almost perfectly. I occasionally encounter services that do not accept the Boingo service, but that's usually some hotel that has it's own in-house or local service provider. Overall, Boingo has been great, and has saved me MANY times the cost of the service. My experience with their customer service has been superb (and I've only had to call them because I forgot my password several times); I usually get a live operator within a minute or three and they have been completely knowledgeable and very friendly. No complaints whatsoever...

The negative reviews are all about their billing practices, not their service. When you decide to cancel or question a wrong charge, then you might appreciate the overall negativity with this company. Just not an open and upfront kind of business.
