    "Do not fall for the 'hourly' quick fix" on by megnyc

    Pros: the cheapest option of all the others available at Heathrow..or was it?

    Cons: no way to tell correctly of your usage times. Bad customer service.

    Summary: I was stuck in Heathrow airport and they had the 'need a quick fix' jargon on their site. I signed to get a quick hour. I used some and then when I got to Newark and had to wait around, I logged back in. I checked my usage which was empty. Figured they hadn't processed it. I figured it would let me know if I had reached my hour and logged in. I then got the bill . Seems I was charged for a second hour at a higher rate. I got nowhere with customer service.
