"Boingo is fine if you READ the agreement" on by perfupdate

Pros: I have had little issues with Boingo. When I signed up it said "I would be billed MONTHLY" no supprise there.

Cons: Some locations you have to move around to find the "sweet spot" four bars or better.

Summary: If Boingo refuses to refund your charges after it auto-logged you on where there was other service, just call your credit card and refuse the charge. All you have to do is call your credit card company and say it was un-authorized and they HAVE to take the charge off it is the law.
