"Closure to a great story and so much more."
Pros: Finishes the fight! Awesome Multiplayer maps.
Cons: Too many swearing kids in multiplayer
Summary: Halo on the whole has the best story-line of any game I've ever played. It plays out in a very cinematic way and the third iteration ties up all those loose ends very nicely. A great "ending" to a great series. The gameplay is very tight and polished. No hiccups in framerate, although the load times seem a tad long, but for the level of detail in the game it's no suprise.
Multiplayer is a bit of a different animal. The game is rated M for Mature yet every 13 year old in the country seems to own a copy, and wants to fill the voice chat with every profane, racist, or intolerant utterance in existance. You are better off just muting everyone but the people you know. The matchmaking is good, and ensures that while you may play people of a somewhat higher skill level, you aren't getting completely overwhelmed. There are plenty of variations as far as game types which keeps things fresh. Also, I have to say that the pure joy derived from sticking a plasma grenade to someone's head is worth the ticket price alone.
This is a must own for Xbox 360 plain and simple. This is one of those genre defining games that is immensely enjoyable and has endless replay value.
