"On the whole very good and fun to play!"
Pros: Everything is alot smoother on this game compared to 07. 08 also includes 125cc and 250cc classes to give the whole moto gp experience it deserves. 08 is really for moto gp fans, they have focused more on racecraft and feel rather than cutom riders..
Cons: Again,as before in previous moto gp's the challenges can get tedious, some challenges require you to finish or start certain riders carrers, which is ok, but it will take up a new save slot, of which there are only 3 in total.
Summary: For me, im well chuffed with it. Getting to reinact some of this seasons battles is fun and satisfying once you find the style of riding and difficulty that suits you best to make it a challenging ride. There is no point on saying get the old one, because its OLD! Get with the new! The new tracks and riders from this season are all there including the first ever night race in Qatar. Also, in 08 they have sorted the throttle and brake controls as to how they should have been in the first place. I mean, who wants to press A to accelerate? not me anyway! To accell in 08 you use the right trigger, which gives far more control for those tricky smooth corners, sometimes you only want half throttle! So im glad theyve sorted it out for this one. multiplayer online is very similar to 07, except you can race 125's and 250's, which is a plus. Oh yeah, loading times arent bad either! Cant think of anything else apart from, this game is really for fans of moto gp, whether you like watching Toseland in the 800's or Bradley Smith in the 125's, this game is for you! I give it an 8/10
