Skate 2 (Xbox 360)

Pros: Feels like you're actually skateboarding, Great Controls, Large Environment, New Thrasher System for Bails, New Replay Editor with a ton of new features, Good Voice acting, Great new spots for spot challenges.

Cons: Environment in certain areas feels too similar to the original Skate game, tough learning curve, some challenges get frustrating, I can't beat people/security guards with my skateboard when they attack me, may be too realistic for non-skateboarders.

Summary: If you're a skateboarder you need to stop browsing the Internet and go buy this game now. If you're not a skateboarder I would say this is a rental, because it is difficult and may not be worth the steep learning curve if you could really care less about skateboarding or a realistic skateboarding simulator. For those people Tony Hawk's series will be the games you should pickup.
