Pros: Its nice to see videos of real trainers talking to you about training tips. A pre-customized workout provides a sufficient warmup filled with stretches and getting your muscles warmed up. The workout ends with a cool down which is usually forgotten by ma

Cons: Lack of interaction. The trainers will continue to say the same lines over and over again. They will say good job even if your doing the technique wrong! I was intrigued in this game because I thought it would make me burn a intense sweat. Well I got

Summary: Laggy issues are by far the biggest problem with this game. If your a guy who is already fit but wants to get to the level of fitness of pro athletes, this game won't do you justice. You will get A+ in everything. Its that easy to get a highscore. The game encourages slower movements rather than doing the movements quickly because kinect has sensory problems. Who wants to not go all out when exercising? I know I want to and unfortunately I just could not with this game. There are many features to keep a record of your progress if your into that stuff. All I care about is if I feel exhausted at the end of a workout which usually lasts 20 minutes. You can customize your own routines if you want so that's a bonus.

This is only a quick review because I have not dealt fully into the game. I only made this review for those who can't wait to get the game.

Unfortunately, CNET was not 100% truthful in how many words I had left in my Pros and Cons section so you may notice a ackward stoppage. I will reiterate what my pros and cons were here.

Pros: The workout ends with a cool down which is usually forgotten by "many just getting started in a exercise program."

Cons: Well I "hardly sweated in the workout routine. A fitness test will be given to you when you first start the game. That one is more intense because you are graded on how many sit ups, pushups, jumping jacks you can do in one minute. Unfortunately, lag ruins the whole experience. Just imagine yourself trying to do as many pushups as you can and the game freezes for about 10 seconds. During those 10 seconds the game did not record any of your pushups! Oh and when the trainers talk, their mouths don't match the words. Also the trainer needs to give more demos of how to do the technique before jumping straight into the timing test."
