Pros pure awesome. tactical action. nothing better!

Cons not much bad at all. a little out dated, but no biggy

Summary Ghost recon 2, realy awesome game. If you have an xbox then you are best at hand ffor this game, as xbox live is awesome with this game, its one of the best for live. if you have only a gamecube then you are a little out of luck, because there is only single player on the gamecube, wich is still lots of fun, and worth playing through atleast once, but if you can, try to get the xbox version of this game.. G.R.2's multiplayer is a great experience. There a couple of game modes but there are a certain amount of good ones. One would be the co-op. Being able to play with up to 16 players together makes this game awesome. The voice communication between everyone is great. Planning things out or spliting up in a fire-hazardous area can be very, very fun and exciting.t he other mode is Player vs. Player of course. You play against each other, using the best of tactics each team has to offer. Pretty simple, but still very fun. Gameplay is well-done. You have interesting, powerful, and for the most part realistic weaponry to dispose of your enemies. A well-utilized command system allows you to communicate with your allies to Flank right or left, suppress fire (cover fire) or hold. Enemy AI is fine, but it seems that your friendly AI is even better, as they react faster than you most of the time, and the enemy AI just seem to lose 80% of the time. The mission objectives are brief, but are never quite the same in any of the missions. A new feature, which I would call the "solo" missions, is that you get the most versatile gun the game has to offer that is equipped with a gun-camera, grenade launching tube, and an air-strike targeting system. The gun-camera really comes in handy in the solo missions, especially when there are a handful of unwary enemies just around a corner, a situation that calls for you to use the gun-camera. It allows you to lean around a corner with only your arms, and allows your weapon to still fire at targets. The gun-camera can even be used in zoom mode, so it is no wonder that this is my favorite weapon in the game. it may seem a little cheasy with that weapon, but its lots of fun to use really. the graphics are pretty good, but nothing of course like the new renditions of ghost recon. wich are of course much much better and far more admersive and help bring you into the gaming world better, but of coruse, i am always one to not judge a game on its graphics, but rather on its gameplay, and that is where this game completely suceeds. if you are looking for tactical action then deffinately buy this game, if only for teh amazingly fun and wildy addictive multipayer features.
