Apple Releases iTunes 8.2 and QuickTime 7.6.2 updates

Apple has updated iTunes to version 8.2 which provides support for iPhones and iPod touches that are running version 3.0 of the iPhone software, and in addition includes a variety of bug fixes.
The QuickTime 7.6.2 update contains fixes for 'reliability and security', according to the documentation released with the update, and is recommended for all QuickTime users. It is recommended to update to the latest version of QuickTime when running the latest version of iTunes.
