"New" Mac OS 8.1 update posted

A "new" version of Mac OS 8.1 update was uploaded to Apple's ftp sites last week (February 27). The only change is that it now includes the Open Transport 1.3 to 1.3.1 Update (which fixed the erroneous "damaged resource" report problem, as previously covered here). If you already downloaded both the original 8.1 Update ad the OT 1.3.1 Update, you need not bother with this "new" 8.1 update. An Apple web page has more details.
