Samsung Galaxy S3 vs. HTC One X
What's up price five fans I'm Brian Tong and this is an epic battle between two of the biggest boys in the Smartphone world.
It's a price five -- itself.
Between Samsung's galaxy S three on T-Mobile and HTC's one X on AT&T.
Our judges for this fight are senior editor Jessica duke it out dual -- senior editor Brian boom boom Bennett and myself.
We'll take all three judges' scores and adds them out the nearest tenth each round the final prize -- score -- -- having.
In the same system it's a five round throw down round one is designed.
Samsung's galaxy S three brings a sleek and silky body that's comfortable to hold with its four point eight inch super amoled display that looks great but has a dimmer screen even with the brightness turned up.
It's still suffers a little from its plasticky feel but overall the design here is still -- dealt worthy.
Now HTC's one X also delivers with a more elegant poly carbonate plastic backside with a sold weight and build quality.
It's four point seven inch display is brighter and pops better.
It's a little more square on the quarters but I can't say I'm the biggest fan of its camera lens that sticks out like a big --
-- these phones both look amazing but we're calling this round a tie at four point seven points apiece next round is --
Both of these phones bring their own flavors of -- can -- -- to the table and Samsung brings a much more tame down version of its TouchWiz interface.
That's less intrusive and we like its look and feel.
It's visible -- -- has multiple functions to bring you back to the -- -- near her open apps or activate its S voice feature.
I galaxy.
They'll still have the same customization for widgets but it still feels a little like a mishmash with gingerbread and Ice Cream Sandwich.
Now ACC's sense UI has always been one of our favorites and they do it again with the one next it's real clean and simple to use.
I love the quick access to UI for adding widgets to your home screen.
It doesn't hide android's Ice Cream Sandwich and -- hold down the enemies and from previous versions so ACC takes this round with a perfect five.
And Samsung gets a four -- averaging two rounds ACC means by half -- point next round is features.
Both are loaded with -- LTE connectivity.
Wi-Fi Bluetooth and the same dual core one point five gigahertz snapdragon S four processor.
But the S three is what I call -- feature freak of nature with the memory expansion slot.
Replacement battery because there are -- and you still love that and it comes with two -- of ram which is twice as much of the other guy for the same price.
Now comes in sixteen gigs or 32 -- options but that's not all -- of them as voice blog and interact with -- phone with voice commands.
-- of its app makes it does work on global.
Good morning.
Also the ability to transfer data with as -- -- pretty seamlessly right out of the gate.
And the gesture controls might seem a little gimmicky but I actually use the screen -- -- -- with my palm.
The ACC one X -- the 32 gigs of storage but no memory expansion slot and no replaceable battery.
It's different scenes feature visits -- its technology that enhances your music when you plug the headphones that we're seeing here -- and audio calls don't --
I just can't have.
From Samsung.
The galaxy SC takes this round with a perfect five and a one X gets a three point seven next round is web browsing and multi media.
-- -- -- massive displays that make web browsing with flash support and multi media look great.
Browsing speeds will depend on the carrier but -- phone had a real or experience.
Both phones bring eight megapixel cameras the 1080.
A more detail overall -- just a hair.
When it comes to watching video you can't go wrong on -- guy but if you're using headphones beats.
Audio will make a difference.
Samsung just gets the -- in round four with another perfect five and HTC gets a four point seven.
-- after four -- Samsung is now on top and the final round that decides it all is call quality dance performance.
In the Smartphone world report -- counts.
And both phones really feels fast and responsive when -- moving -- their menus and you why they don't feel like they're losing out with either one of these.
Now -- your performance was also -- for both phones in the seventh Cisco area.
Now called -- in our tests had the HTC one X.
Sony's slightly cleaner compared to the S three.
The -- multiple carriers in different areas we'll expect different results but there was nothing -- here that would give one -- in advance.
We're calling this round even with -- -- -- five.
Let's average out all five rounds and in a prize fight -- ACC can -- --
Samsung chipped away and plot back with three perfect rounds and the Samsung galaxy S three.
Takes this battle four point seven the four point six and is your.
They guys really can't go wrong with two of the best phones on the market right now but only one in reigns supreme.
I'm Brian -- they've brought him the gadget guys next time for another -- by Apple.
